Complete the following in any order that you choose. Turn in your work - write the name of each activity that you complete on a piece of paper and show your work below the activity name. Take time to explore each of these sites.

2. Highlight the name of each digestive system organ to see its location on the illustration.

3. Answer the following question in a complete sentence: What are the names of the three sections of the small intestine?

3. Click on Digestive Tract.

4. Follow the Guided Tour. Answer the following questions:

§ What is the alimentary canal?

§ What body parts does it include?

5. Click on “Zoom In!” at the top of the page. Take a closer look at some of the organs in our digestive system.

6. Click on “Organize your Organs” at the top of the page and follow the instructions to play the game. You know that you have put the organs in their correct places when they can no longer be moved!

2. Click on Digestive System Anatomy.

3. Navigate through the 4 sections of the Digestive System and learn about the small components of these sections.

4. Write down 3 things you learned, 2 things you already knew, and 1 question that you have.

5. Click on “Feed the System” at the bottom of the page.

6. Choose a type of food and watch and read about what happens to it in the body!
