ReplyDeleteI think herpetology and zoology are the study of living animals that live in places. Etomology and Microbiology are the study of little molocues you see throgh things. Numbers 5-7 are things doctors do and examine. I think 8 is the study of of the ecosystem and 9 and 10 are the study of diseases and how people get them.

I know that "zoology" has something to do with the study of animals. "Ecology" is ecosystems right? I guessed a few others, and then looked them up in my dictionary on my computer, and I was somewhat correct. "Entomology" is the study of insects. "Microbiology" is biology of microscopic organisms.
ReplyDeleteMs Kaplan, I think Herpetology has something to do with animals. Zoology I think is related to herpetology and but it's to study the behavior of animals. Entomology has to do with a certain kind of animal. I'm not sure what microbiology means, but I"m guessing the definition has to include cells. I am not so sure about biotechnology, pharmacology or ornithology. Pathology might have to do with your blood cells or tissue. And biochemistry has to do with organisms.
